High flow Ford Windsor heads for all application developed for the street HYD roller cam application. Our Power MAXX port design is the ultimate in engine power for engines used in Street, Drift, Drag Racing applications.

Each of our cylinder heads are then individually bench flowed to ensure we have achieved the expected and advertised results of over 280 cfm.

Our quality control is done in house, the same lab that tests our Nascar engine parts of its manufacturing process.

Our super flow 1020 bench is calibrated of OEM certified data, the test results below are the standard LT head and the Maxx power head combo comparison.

Standard Cylinder GT 40 Heads

  • Intake port @ .500 lift = 192cfm
  • Exhaust port @ .500 lift = 128 cfm

Arrington SS Windsor Cylinder Heads

  • Intake port @ .500 lift = 289 cfm
  • Exhaust port @ .500 lift = 220 cfm

Our pro Maxx cylinder head are capable of supporting over 500 hp with engine block upgrades. The before and after flow sheets is the result of our air flow engineering. All Pro Maxx cylinder heads are fully machined and CNC ported. Valve Spring Upgrade Options

Using our sprintron we have developed valve spring combinations that best suits the camshaft dynamics the options include dual springs, chrome moly retainers, collets and seal kit. Its recommended that boosted applications use the spring kit upgrade options.

PRO MAXX WINDSOR CYLINDER HEADS Cylinder head package includes:

  • Full cylinder head re-surfacing
  • 5 axis CNC port machining and blending
  • Valves are race prepared with radius machining and seat work
  • Machine CNC of outer casting surfaces
  • Full assembly
